Uruguay to beat South Korea
Uruguay come into this World Cup with a relatively new manager as Diego Alonso took over during the qualification process and managed to guide the team to 4 victories which enabled them to qualify for this tournament 👏🏽
They have actually been South America’s best performing Nation at 2 of the last 3 World Cups which includes a semi-final appearance in 2018 after knocking out Portugal 💪🏽
2 younger players to keep an eye on for them include Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez & Madrid maestro Federico Valverde! Both have been in superb form so far this season, scoring important goals for their club teams ⚽️
Uruguay will know that Portugal are their toughest competitors in this group and will do everything in their power to win Group H to avoid playing Brazil in the next round 🙌🏽
Korea have a few good players but their squad depth is not close to Uruguay. They were eliminated from both 2014 and 2018 tournaments in the group stage and I expect the same to happen in Qatar ❌
